Assigning Administrator Status

Assign Administrators to manage your team's workspace on both the Global and Group levels.

Updated this week

Role-based access controls enable Administrators to be assigned privileges at both the Group and Global levels. Administrators with Global privileges are called "Super Admins" and can establish settings that affect all scanners and other features across the entire organization's CalypsoAI workspace. Administrators with Group privileges are called "Group Admins" and can establish settings that affect scanners and other features used by the groups they administer.

The individual who establishes an organization's CalypsoAI workspace is assigned the role of Super Admin by default. Once logged in, this Super Admin can:

  • Invite new users to join the workspace

  • Create groups within the workspace

  • Assign users to be Super Admins or Group Admins
