CalypsoAI uses a clear, intuitive user interface that enables improved performance and reliable, trustworthy output from the selected LLM.

The Chat feature in CalypsoAI enables the user to:

  • Gain access to their assigned teams and large language models

  • Initiate and tailor their chat experience

To open the Chat screen, click Chat from the lefthand navigation panel.

Select Your Team

With CalypsoAI, different teams within an organization have access to a dedicated workspace with independent scanner configurations, based on each teams' unique needs.

To display the teams Click the Teams icon to display the teams to which the user belongs. Click a team tile to select a team. Click the drop-down list to display the list of LLMs available to that team; click an LLM to select it.

Start A Chat

The Chat text box appears at the bottom of the Chat screen. To start a chat, simply enter the prompt and click the Up Arrow icon or press the Enter key to submit the prompt.

The response appears below the prompt.

Click the thumb's up icon to rate the response as helpful or click the thumb's down icon to rate the response as unhelpful.

Verify Chat Response

The response options appear to the left of the response text box. With the Chat feature, users have the ability to verify the truth or falsity of the chat response. Click the left verification icon to identify the response as truthful and click the right verification icon to identify the response as false. Please note that administrators can make verification mandatory, rather than optional.

Enter a URL to the verification source and enter any notes in Comment text box. Click Save to return to the chat.

Create a Template

Templates can easily be created from chat messages in order to guide future prompts. To save a prompt as a template, click the three dots to the right of the chat text box.

Enter a name for the template and indicate whether it is a personal template or a template for team use. Click Save.

View Templates

To view personal and team templates, click the right-facing arrow icon next to the Chat link from the lefthand the navigation panel to display saved Templates. Click the template name to bring it to the Chat screen.

Start A New Chat

To abandon the current chat and begin a new one, click Create New Chat from the lefthand navigation panel.
