Create a Group

Organize your team members into Groups with specific scanner configurations and LLM access according to roles or access needs.

The Groups feature in CalypsoAI allows organizations to create groups of individuals according to role or access needs. The Group Admin(s) can establish specific scanner configurations that apply only to that group, and grant members of that group access to specific LLMs. This enables Group Admins to provide group access only to the critical tools and scanners necessary for that role.

Create a Group

Click Settings from the bottom of the navigation panel.

Click Groups, then click Create Group.

On the New Group screen, enter the name of the new group in the Group Name field, and click Create group.

The new group will appear the alphabetical list of groups displayed on the Settings screen.

Select Group Scanners

Group Admins can configure scanner settings for each of their groups individually. Select Scanners in the navigation panel.

Select Groups on the Scanners screen. Select the group from the Group drop-down list.

Adjust Available Models for a Group

Group Admins can select the models that will available to each of their groups. Select Model Configurations in the navigation panel.

Select Groups from the Model Configurations screen. Select the group from the Group drop-down list.
