The Prompt History is automatically stored in the CalypsoAI platform. Slide the Prompt Logs toggle to disable Prompt History storage.

Admins can schedule a recurring Prompt History data purge to occur on a user-defined cadence measured in weeks. Click Settings in the navigation panel, then click Organization.

Slide the Purge Prompt History toggle to On. Enter the number of weeks for the purge cycle in the text box.

When auto-purging is on, click Retain in the Prompt History table to save individual log entries from being purged.
