Managing Projects in CalypsoAI: Your Quick-start Guide

Welcome to your one-stop guide for conquering the “Projects” section in CalypsoAI. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned admin, here’s how to get the most out of your workspace (and maybe even impress your boss).

What Are Projects?
Think of Projects as your mission control. Each project lets you organize models, scanners, members, and settings—so you can keep your AI experiments tidy and your team on the same page.

Navigating the Projects Page

1. Viewing Projects
When you land on the Projects page, you’ll see a list of all your current projects. Click on any project name (like “Test”) to dive in and see the details.

2. Model Connections

• Add Models: Easily connect to AI models like OpenAI or GPR-40-Mini.
• Default Model: Set your go-to model for the project.
• Model Access: Manage who can use which models.

3. Scanners

• Add Scanners: Integrate CalypsoAI’s built-in or custom scanners.
• View & Sort: Filter by activity, tag, or type to keep things organized.
• Status: See which scanners are active, blocked, or under audit.

4. Custom Scanners

• Create and Manage: Add custom scanners for specific tasks (e.g., salary info requests).
• Monitor: Check status and activity at a glance.

5. API Key Token

• Generate Tokens: Click to generate secure API tokens for integrations.
• Expiration: Keep track of when your tokens expire to avoid surprises.

6. Project Members

• Add Members: Bring teammates on board and assign roles (admin, user, etc.).
• View Details: See who’s in the project, their roles, and when they joined.

Pro Tips

• Sorting & Filtering: Use the “Sort” and “View” options to customize your dashboard—no more endless scrolling.
