How to Use the CalypsoAI Customer Portal

Welcome to the CalypsoAI Customer Portal! Whether you’re here to submit a support ticket, check your ticket status, or just poke around, this guide will walk you through the basics—no secret handshakes required.

 

1. Signing In

  • Go to the Portal: Head over to the CalypsoAI Customer Portal sign-in page
  • Enter your credentials: Pop in your email and password.
  • Passwordless option: Not a fan of passwords? Select “Try going password-less” to get a magic link sent to your inbox.
  • Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts.
  • New here? Click “Register here” to create your account.

2. Setting Up Your Password

If you’re a new user, you’ll need to set a password:

  • Enter your email: Type your email address in the field provided.
  • Create a password: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include lower and uppercase letters, a number, and a symbol. (Yes, we’re picky, but it’s for your own good!)
  • Confirm your password: Enter it again just to be sure.
  • Agree to data processing: Check the box to allow CalypsoAI to store and process your personal data.
  • Save your password: Hit “Save password” to complete registration.

3. Verifying Your Email

  • Check your inbox: Look for an email from CalypsoAI.
  • Click the confirmation link: This will verify your email and activate your account.
  • Ready to go: Once confirmed, you can sign in and start using the portal.

4. Submitting a Support Ticket

  • Navigate to Tickets: Once signed in, click on “Open Support Ticket.”
  • Fill out the form:
    • Email: Your email address will be auto-filled.
    • Ticket name: Give your ticket a descriptive title (e.g., “AI stopped being intelligent”).
    • Description: Provide all the juicy details about your issue.
  • Submit: Click “Submit” and bask in the knowledge that help is on the way.

5. Managing Your Tickets

  • View tickets: See all your tickets (and company tickets, if you’re fancy like that) in the “Tickets” section.
  • Check status: Each ticket shows its current status (e.g., OPEN-WAITING ON CUSTOMER).
  • Reply to support: Click on the ticket name to view details and respond directly in the provided field.
  • Attach files: Browse or drag and drop files (50MB limit per file).

6. Pro Tips

  • Lost? If you’re ever stuck, there’s a “Contact the site’s administrator” link on every page.
  • Privacy matters: CalypsoAI will only process your data with your consent.
