Authentication Overview

An overview of authentication methods supported by CalypsoAI

Updated over a month ago

CalypsoAI utilizes Keycloak, an open-source Identity and Access Management tool developed by Red Hat, to handle user authentication. Keycloak supports popular social networks, SAML 2.0 Identity Providers (IdP), an existing OpenID Connect, or Active Directory / LDAP servers.

Learn more about Keycloak by visiting their website or reviewing the KeyCloak Administrators Guide.

For on-premise deployment, CalypsoAI supports the use of SAML authentication and SSO authorization, allowing users to authenticate their identity and access the application using their existing corporate credentials. This feature simplifies the login process, reduces password fatigue among users, and minimizes the time spent on account management.
