Support Basics
CalypsoAI leverages Intercom for our Help Center and support ticketing.
The chatbot is available to help users find answers and navigate the Help Center.
Users do not need to create an account; tickets can easily be associated with a provided email address.
We do not yet offer live chat support. Inquiries/requests will be retrieved and tickets created the same day, pending standard business hours (EST).
Creating A Support Ticket
From the support/chatbot portal displayed in the bottom corner of the Help Center, click “Send us a message” to initiate a ticket request. From here, you can view your conversations with the support team.
Your request will be picked up on the same business day, and a team member will create a support ticket.
Once a request has been picked up by the CalypsoAI support team, a new icon labeled “Tickets” will appear in the support portal as shown:
Managing Tickets
From this support portal, users can communicate with the support team to provide additional information, as needed, and can view and track ticket progress:
If a user is no longer active on the Help Center site, ticket responses and progress updates will be emailed to the email address provided by the user.
